How to Apply

Each Building Resident Manager is available to assist you with your apartment search and will handle all the paperwork necessary for your new home.

Before, during and after your tenancy with us, the Resident Manager will be an important point of contact with Eich Management Corporation. Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions for any Leasing-related information you may need. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please feel free to contact us at 847/776-0012.

Application Instructions: After choosing an apartment that suits your needs, please print out and complete an Application and submit it to the Building Resident Manager.

Your application must be accompanied by the following:

A) First month's rent in the form of a Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order or Certified Check.
B) A $25.00 non-refundable application fee (per person). A personal check or cash is fine.
C) Current legal photo identification.

Please note that we cannot take an apartment "off the market" until we receive the first month's rent and at least one completed and signed Application for Lease and application fee.
